I did not know going in that this was a prequel but that doesn’t make it any less captivating.
Theo and Gabriella are fated mates, even though neither really believed in them. It was hard not to be enthralled with how immediate Theo was captivated by Gabriella and to the depth that he was truly into Gabriella. Even without knowing all he did about her. He sensed her and that was it. He had to have her. And Gabriella was taken by Theo without even knowing him. I do truly enjoy that aspect of “mate” stories, even though I’m not a huge paranormal reader.
I’m definitely going to be reading again and reading more books from this series since there’s more out. I was so unaware so maybe by reading more into the series, I will truly appreciate Little Mate more than I already did.
