✔️Steamy, small town romance
✔️Second chance romance
✔️And lots and lots of make-up sex

When Stella Cavanaugh gets the chance to come home after a seven-year, self-imposed exile, she takes it. She was born to be a wedding planner, and she hopes creating her sister’s wedding might just earn her redemption with her family.

The only thing holding her back is the fear of running into Griffin James, the love of her life. Because she not only hurt her family, she destroyed their relationship. Burned it right to the ground. And she just doesn’t know if she can bear to find out he’s moved on. She sure hasn’t.

Griffin James has a roommate. The fourteen-year-old’s staying with him while his dad’s on deployment. Sounds simple, but the boy’s grandparents are looking for any excuse to pull him out of the clutches of the big, tattooed owner of a bike shop. If Griffin can just stay under their radar, everything should be fine.

But that’s just not possible when Stella bursts into their lives. Her sparkly spirit, her big, splashy ideas, and her impulsiveness always lead to disaster. He knew that…but he couldn’t resist her.

And now she’s on the run again, because…

The very things they love about each other are also what tear them apart.

Cat’s Guilty Pleasure – “Man this book kept me on a emotional roller coaster the whole time.”

Goodreads Review – “The magic of Stella and Griffin brings all of the emotions to your heart…tears, anger, hurt, laughter, chemistry and the love of a lifetime. Loved it!!❤❤❤❤❤”

Goodreads Review – “You’re Still The One is my favorite of the Cavanaugh sisters’ books. Griffin and Stella exude passion, love, and so much angst. I couldn’t get enough of them.”

I have not read the other stories in the series, but I love a biker, a small-town romance, and I loved this story! Stella was real! She had such emotions and feelings about returning home after 7 years away from talking with her family, and she is unsure how she will be received. And how she will feel running into her one true love after he broke her heart. Stella seems to have a lot of growing up to do and to address the wrongs she’s done while she grows.

Griffin is not ready for Stella to be back in town but of course, she immediately is where he least expects it and definitely not when he wants it. Although Griffin badly needs the influence Stella has onto his young charge, Austin. And Stella is really what he needed. Stella is truly the fun, feisty, caring, headstrong person that he remembers and how he still loves her and her impetuousness. But that is what Griffin and Austin need.

This story was just so consuming. I couldn’t put it down and now I want to go back and read more of this series!

5 stars!

Movement in the carriage house caught his attention, and when Stella came to the window and looked up at him, his pulse quickened. She pressed her hand to the glass, and he could feel the ghost of that touch on his chest.
Wanted it there.
Wanted her.
All of her.
He grabbed his phone off the nightstand and hit her number.
She stepped away, and the gauzy curtain swung shut “Hey. How’d it go tonight?”
“He doesn’t open up to me he way he does with you.” He wanted to see her again, willed her to come back to the window.
She didn’t make him wait long. “Did you tell him he doesn’t have to spend Thanksgiving with his grandparents?”
“I did, but he said he’d go. He didn’t come out and say it, but I’m sure it’s easier to go along with them than try and fight. He’s told me before the judge ignores him when he defies him or speaks up for himself.”
Defies them. Can you imagine? Not going along with everything they ask of him is viewed as defiance. I would love to give them a piece of my mind.”
He wanted her here, with him. The distance physically hurt. “You eat dinner?”
“Well, I had a really nice salad I found in my mini fridge. I seem to have a secret chef who loads it up every now and then. Wonder who it could be?”
He couldn’t deny how good it made him feel to know she had something to eat when she was buried under all that paperwork.
“I can see that, you know. That sexy little man-grin you try so hard not to show.”
He broke into a full grin. “I’m not hiding anything. Hey, speaking of shows. Thank you for not doing naked yoga in your living room. There’s only so much a man can take.”
“I try to save those kinds of activities for when there isn’t a fourteen-year-old boy in the house.”
“I could send him to boarding school.”
She laughed. And when emotion took up too much space inside him, he went quiet.
She went quiet, too, and it made him wonder…why did he only notice his beating heart when she was around?
Because she is my heart.

She just is.
“Stella?”
“Yes?” Her voice was all breathy, a little eager, a little scared.
“You want me to make you some tea?”
“Yes. Very much.”
The urgency pounded like a drum in his throat. “What kind?”
“Anything. I’ll take anything you have to give.”
Damn, this woman. “Get over here.”

Riley
As a surgical resident, my ego is beyond healthy.
So when Daisy, the stubborn and sexy matchmaker, challenges me during night trivia at the local pub, it’s impossible for me to say no.
If I win–she owes me three epic dates where I pull out all the stops to woo her.
If she wins–no dates and I walk home naked.
It’s the summer, what’s an eight-block stroll home in my birthday suit?
Since she’s already smitten with me, this is going to be a breeze.
How can I say no to a sure thing?

Daisy
Riley’s sizzling looks are nothing compared to his arrogance. His god-complex eclipses his charm.
Forcing him to walk home naked is just too tempting to pass up.
It’s just a friendly bet. But the stakes grow too high when fate keeps shoving him in my path.
I don’t need my matchmaker test to prove that we’re not meant to be, despite what he says.
My heart is still recovering from my last dating disaster. I find love for other people, not myself.
But I’ll get him to take the test anyway. I’ll show him that we’re wrong for each other.
We are 100% incompatible and any attraction is purely physical.
At least that’s what I keep telling myself.

***You’ve met this couple in previous books, but what about their love story? No cheating, alpha male and a big old happily ever after!

“You’re a big personality,” I said. “But no, you’re not annoying, and I do like you.”

His gaze shifted from mine to the flames, and he adjusted his hot dog, dropping it to hover just above the coals.

As hard as I tried, though, I couldn’t keep my eyes off his pants.

It’s been a LONG dry spell, girlie. What’s one night?

What happens in the cabin stays in the cabin?

I reached for my wine.

“Just think about it. If you like me as a friend, liking me as more isn’t too far off, right?” He gave his hot dog an inspection before pulling it out of the fireplace and jerking his chin toward the stack of buns I’d found in the freezer. “Grab me one, please.”

I did as he asked, once again my gut getting knotty as I cupped the hotdog with the bun and slid it off the stick.

I was twenty-eight years old, for crying out loud. I had a thriving business, a condo, a car, my 401K was impressive for my age, and yet I was getting giggly and squirmy at the childish act of cupping his hot dog in my bun. All I wanted to do was laugh.

He thanked me and took the hot dog and bun from me, squirting on the ketchup and mustard before taking a big, manly bite.

“Mmm, you did good picking that bun for me. Nice and soft. Just perfect for my wiener.”

Unable to keep the laughter at bay any longer, I picked up an olive and tossed it at him, hitting him square between the eyes.

“Hey!” In retaliation, he picked up an olive and tossed it at me, but I was ready for him and opened my mouth, catching it like a pro … or an obedient dog. I refused to think too hard about which one I better personified. My brother and I used to play this game with olives, mini marshmallows, peanuts or whatever for hours when we stayed in the cabin.

“You can’t resist the innuendos, can you?” I asked, topping off our wine and chewing my olive.

“I can’t resist them when they make you smile like that or earn me one of those sexy giggles.” He finished his hot dog and washed it down with a sip of wine. “You seriously have the best smile.”

There he went again with the compliments and the irresistible handsomeness.

And don’t forget those pajamas.

I risked another glance at the pants.

“Eyes up here, lady.”

Dammit.

A Canadian West Coast baby born and raised, Whitley is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have two beautiful daughters and a fluffy dog. She spends her days making food that gets thrown on the floor, vacuuming Cheerios out from under the couch and making sure that the dog food doesn’t end up in the air conditioner. But when nap time comes, and it’s not quite wine o’clock, Whitley sits down, avoids the pile of laundry on the couch, and writes.
A lover of all things decadent; wine, cheese, chocolate and spicy erotic romance, Whitley brings the humorous side of sex, the ridiculous side of relationships and the suspense of everyday life into her stories. With single dads, firefighters, Navy SEALs, mommy wars, body issues, threesomes, bondage and role-playing, Whitley’s books have all the funny and fabulously filthy words you could hope for.
