Maybe something terrible happened to her that she can’t even remember. And maybe it drives her crazy when her friends treat her like she’s on the verge of breaking because of it. Maybe it feels even worse when they do what she asks and pretend that it never happened at all. And maybe she’s been getting harassing emails and messages for months from people who don’t even know her, but hate her all the same.
But none of that matters because she’s just fine.
For Ryan Blake, Stella was always that girl. Vibrant and hilarious and beautiful. He wanted her as his best friend. His more than friends. His everything and anything that she would give him. Which these days is a whole lot of nothing. She gets angry when he’s there. Angry when he’s not there. Angry when he tries to talk and when he doesn’t.
When Stella devises an unconventional art project for one of her classes all about exploring intimacy—between both friends and strangers—Ryan finds himself stepping in as guinea pig after one of her subjects bails. What was supposed to be an objective and artistic look at emotion and secrets and sex suddenly becomes much more personal. When he hits it off with another girl from the project, Stella will have to decide if she’s willing to do more than make art about intimacy. To keep him, she’ll have to open up and let herself be the one thing she swore she’d never be again.
Vulnerable.

All Beth Moyer wanted was a one-night stand, an evening to relax and cut loose before she went to work at her new grown-up job. Instead, all she got was a few minutes that left her mortified and another reason why you can never trust a man.
Maverick Mitchell is ready to prove he’s learned from his mistakes and move forward. But before it’s time to buckle down, one last fling won’t hurt. Or so he thought. On the first day of his new start, the feisty redhead he met over the weekend is the first person he sees.
An office romance isn’t the smartest idea. Sneaking around is an even worse one, but neither can deny the fire that has sparked between them. Considering Beth and Maverick are competing for the same position and only one will be offered the job, they can only hope that every choice they’ve made doesn’t end up in flames.

Full disclosure, I’ve not read any of the previous books. I didn’t need to but I SO want to. Each of these couples has such a great story and I need to know all about them. You get enough of their stories without there being missed stories or jokes.
Before Beth starts the internship of her dreams, she’s going to have herself a one night stand. And she finds the perfect man in a bar away from her hometown. Things are going GREAT until his “girlfriend” shows up. Beth doesn’t need that and leaves.
Maverick is being sent back to an internship to prove he’s serious about the business. How funny is it when the girl he almost went home with is one of the other interns he’s supposed to compete against?
This story is great because you can imagine going out and picking up a one night stand and it being someone you least expect it to be.

Sometimes love speaks for itself…
After an accident in the line of duty, firefighter Roberto DeRosa’s life is turned upside down. His career fighting fires is over, and he’s left with an uncertain future and an injury that makes communicating difficult for him. The only time words flow easily is when they’re lyrics and he has a guitar in his hands. Talking to women is definitely out, especially if they have bright blue eyes that seem to see right into his soul.
Dani Hodge is on the brink of realizing her dream of opening a small combination wine and book store in San Diego’s funky Ocean Beach neighborhood. But before she can open the doors, there’s work to be done, more work than she can do herself.
When the tattooed guy who completely ignored her at a bar walks by and offers her a hand wrangling a tile saw, Dani can’t afford to say no—and why would she say no to Mr. Strong and Silent when his stare conveys more than words could?

KT Dove grew up, and still lives, in the Midwest. At an early age she developed a love of reading, driving the local librarians crazy, and would plan plot lines and stories for her favorite characters. KT received degrees in English, Speech/Drama, and Education. And yet instead of becoming an English teacher as planned, she opted for an unexpected HEA.
Now married, a mother and still an avid reader, she stumbled upon the Indie author movement and became involved on several levels. Never in her wildest imagination would she have thought she would co-author a book. With the support of her family, she took the plunge, adding writing to an already busy literary existence.
She wouldn’t have it any other way.
“I absolutely adored this story and can’t wait for more from this author!” – Bookgasms Book Blog
“From page one, sparks fly, the plot thickens fast, and the sex scenes are amazingly well-written – so are the emotional scenes, and a few are heartbreakingly beautiful.” – Reader Review
“Absolutely loved Black Hat Hacker! From the title all the way through till the very end!” – Reader Review

This is definitely a book for YA lovers and lovers of Gossip Girl and Once Upon A Time. Now I’m not a huge GG fan but I have watched it. And I like my drama in books or on TV rather than in life so this worked perfectly. In reading this, you really get sucked in to the story and cliques of H.E.A.
Belle is a “peasant” who captures the eye of a “royal” but royals don’t associate with peasants. But Beast was into Belle and he wasn’t going to let petty class keep him from being with someone he likes. Belle can’t believe Beast is into her. He can have ANYONE but he wants to spend time with her.
This was a drama-filled trip back to high school. All I can say is thank goodness that I didn’t go to HEA, I’d never survive these people and drama!
4 stars!
