Oh Dylan!  While Mick was a dirty talking master, Dylan is sweet, alpha but sensitive.  Don’t take that to mean he’s a wuss, just that each brother has their own way of dealing with the past and this is Dylan’s story.
Tiffany is a sports agent known to take no prisoners.  Mick warned Dylan about Tiffany but that means nothing to Dylan.  He’s interested in Tiffany and the more he finds out, the more he’s interested in her.
I loved Dylan and Tiffany’s story because they balanced each other out.  I think they both needed aspects of the other to truly be happy.  Plus I love that Tiffany is one tough chick from a family of football playing men and isn’t one to take anything lying down.
Can’t wait for Carson’s story!  I think he will be quite a shocker since he seems a little more internal with everything.

Ok going in to this, the last Debra Anastasia book I read was Booty Camp Dating Service. This book is NOTHING like that. In just reading the foreword, you are struck by the poignancy of this book as this was written as a tribute to her uncle. And I knew this was going to make all the feels happen.

I’m not one for time travel in my books but this was relevant and wasn’t silly in the theme of the story. This book kinda reminded me of The Lake House in a way in that there’s time travel and a relationship that transcends time and location.

My review will not do this book justice, you just need to read it and experience it for yourself. No, it’s not the hysterically funny you would expect but that makes it stand out more.

Devil might be one bad dude, he’s also a huge softie for Hailee. He’s as alpha as they come but he’s still adorably hot and sweet for Hailee.

Here’s a perfect example: “If Bronze thought I would give Hailee up, he was seriously mistaken.”

If that doesn’t make you swoon, there’s something wrong with you. Because THAT, that right there was when my crush on Devil grew, tenfold.

There is something going on with the MCs and the Feds and they can’t trust anyone. That’s an ongoing story and will develop as the books go on. I can’t wait for the next one!!

If you haven’t read book 1, you NEED to before you read this one! Events won’t really make sense and you need to get the whole relationship/friendship/hate-ship between Viola and Travis and understand the events that bring them to today.

I just love each of these stories and their different, unique personalities. I know nothing about horses – other than I like them – and these stories add just enough so it’s factual but not boring factual.   
London is coming home after traveling the world, competing in dressage. She and her horse get injured and she’s forced out of the competition. She’s coming back home to Willow Bay Stables and helping her family with the horses and rehab some. Branson has taken very good care of his horses and wants them to have the best care. And Branson wants London as soon as he saw her.  
Owen comes home after his horse is injured on the rodeo circuit and he heads to the vet. To the delight of his sisters, he doesn’t realize that “Ray” has been replaced by his daughter “Rayne”. And oh wow is Owen immediately into Ray and makes no bones about it. He will have her. Rayne does not want to date a cowboy but Owen isn’t just a cowboy…  
Aurora has always been the sweet bleeding heart of the family. And donates her time to equine facility. Where she meets Rhys who has his own reasons for being on probation at the facility. Aurora knows there’s more to Rhys than just him being a former convict and is determined to find out what is to him.

I gave her a little shove, and she fell to the mattress. She aimed a meaningful glance at my jeans, and that was all the encouragement I needed to drop them to the ground. She crawled backward, and I followed, stalking her every movement until we were flat against a bank of pillows.

“Hi,” she said, running her hand up my flank and over my shoulder. She hooked her leg around my waist and pulled me flush against her. Holy wow.  I knew Erin was going to have quite a story but WHEW!
Obviously you need to read the other books in the series to understand each of the siblings and their relationships with each other and how Erin fits in – or doesn’t as the case may be.
There is an author’s note in the beginning that there will be a f**k ton of Walsh family secrets and stories.  So I won’t go into too much about those.  I hate spoilers and I am NOT going to be a spoiler-er.  So I won’t tell you WHO is Erin’s mystery man.  Evil, aren’t I?
Erin has always held a mystery herself and why she travels all over, conquering mountains and demons but will still come home and be there for her family.  I was so glad to read Erin’s story and just understand her for the crazy, whimsical, insecure woman that she is.

Teri.  This book was all about Teri for me.  I love her fiercely!  She’s sassy but she also cares about Zoe.
You need to read book 1, Don’t Wake The Dead, for a variety of reasons.  1 – so you can get into Zoe and her life being someone who hears and sees dead people 2 – Malachi 3 – Teri and her sassy self and 4 – because it’s a great book!
Zoe has been working on The Wraith Files show for a bit now and getting used to being “famous” and traveling and working with the guys all the time.  And being away from Teri as she’s tied to Zoe’s house.
But like the title says, the dead come calling to Zoe’s house and things happen.  And that’s all I’m saying.  READ IT!

This book reminds me of Criminal Minds. It involves an elite unit in the FBI, the guy is an older Italian who has left the bureau to write books. And there’s the quirky tech analyst. 

This book will keep you on your toes, beginning to end. And leave you wanting more of the ACU. And more of Matteo! I just love his name! 

Bren wants to take care of Matt because he’s not taking care of himself. And there’s the having to catch child abductors also.
