Riley Thorn and her hot, tattooed, private investigator boyfriend are all moved in to their new fixer-upper. Not only do they finally have their own place, they also haven’t found any new dead bodies on the premises.

‘This book is even funnier than the last; I don’t know how she does it! Reading this was like watching a sitcom. Every quirky character, all the sharp wit and of course the glue that holds it all together, the charming and adorably dimpled Nick.’ ~Bookstagrambrielle

The career, the money, the promotion, they all seem futile now. I’m stuck with no idea how to turn my life around. Until I receive a package that opens my eyes to new possibilities. And dreams I never thought I should reach for. The journey has one endgame: find happiness again and my place in this world. After driving for weeks, I end up in Green Mountain, a small town in Tennessee, a far cry from my hometown of Chicago. And then I meet her. Dahlia Ellis. My soulmate. My other half. My true purpose. Even in my wildest dreams, I would never have thought that she was where I was supposed to be. “Okay, here’s the thing,” I said when I stopped by Dahlia’s shop before the opening hours. “I’ve learned from a very reliable source that today is Buddy’s birthday. How about if we throw him a party tonight? I’m sure Jack would love that.” Dahlia moved to my right, removing wrinkles from yet another gown with a portable vapor machine. “It looks good,” I said, taking a step back and admiring the wooden shelf I’d just fixed on the wall next to the shoe display, making sure it was leveled. “I love it,” she said, a smile in her voice. “What do you have in mind?” I gave her a mischievous stare. “Lots of things.” Dahlia poked my arm. “Buddy’s birthday, Nick. Focus.” My gaze traveled down her body. “My eyes are up here,” she said, pointing to her face with two fingers. “You seem to love planning stuff, so I’m all ears.” “How about we bake him some dog cookies? I found a recipe online, and it’s super easy. And we could get party hats and balloons and all the silly things kids love. My neighbors are away for the weekend, so Buddy is staying over with me.” “Would it be just us three?” My hands found her hips, and I drew her to me. “Only Jack, you, and me. And Buddy, of course. I’m sure Jack would love the party setup.” Dahlia skimmed her lips over mine. “He will. And thank you for always thinking about him. Making him feel special.” “You two deserve the best. I’m the lucky one. Would tonight work? If you guys can make it.” When did I get excited at the idea of throwing an old dog a party? “Yep,” Dahlia said. “Very important question, though. Will we be able to kiss after the party?” She quirked a brow, offering me a cock-awakening smile, her eyes glistening. I removed the vapor thingy from her hand and placed it back on the rack, looping my arms around her. “You’re right. I love plans. Always have. And right now, I can tell you I did a lot of strategizing this week. And most of them involved a very naked me and a very naked you and lots of kissing. Last weekend seems like ages ago.” I leaned in to claim her mouth, her pink lips tasting like cherry. My balls tightened as Dahlia’s hand rubbed my junk over the fabric of my shorts. “Birthday party for the kids, then naked after-party for us. That’s the plan.” She purred in my ear, the sound almost bringing me to my knees.

“Thanks for bringing me home,” she said as she gripped her dressing room bag.
I slid my hands into my jean pockets to keep from reaching out for her. “Like I said, it’s my job.”
Her gaze raked down my body as she opened the door. “Uh huh.”
Jesus Christ, how I wanted to kiss her. I wanted to blanket her mouth with mine and back her into that apartment before I closed the door with her back. But I forced myself to stay put. She had almost been abducted by some crazy-ass drunk back at the bar. The last thing she needed was yet another man groping her body as if he felt entitled to it.
Besides, she worked for the club.
And Fangs would kill me if I became involved with any woman that worked for us.
“Well, you have a good night,” I said as I took a step backward.
She tilted her head. “Goodnight, Viper.”
I nodded. “Yeah, good night.”
“Night.”
I waved at her as I backtracked toward the stairs. “Night.”
She giggled. “You already said that.”
I winked. “So did you.”
Then, as she closed the door, I heard her flip the lock behind it, which made me feel comfortable about going down to my bike and leaving her for the night.
Even though I had to stuff my hand down my pants and rearrange my cock just so I could get on my bike and head home myself.

SUMMER:
All it took was one night for my past and my present to collide headfirst.
Consumed by work, I was letting life pass me by. I had reached a point where I found myself merely existing, so I decided to go out and have some fun with my friend, Lynn.
That night brought me face to face with the two men that would become my everything—Walker and Darren. The chemistry and connection between us three were instant and palpable. There was no going back for any of us.
But in one instant, what I thought was the best night of my life quickly turned into a nightmare.
Josh was there.
I couldn’t breathe.
He was supposed to be locked up.
They promised me I’d be safe…
Now, not only was my life on the line once more, but worse, if I didn’t meet his sick demands, he promised to kill the two men that held my heart.

TOUR HOSTED BY: HEA PR More

“We’re only passing, sir,” Fergus said peacefully, disadvantaged against the mounted men. “We travel to Inverness’s harbour. These ladies will soon sail to a Lowlands convent.”
“You might be a few hours from Inverness, but you will not make it there.” Alexander turned to the women. “Where is Nell?”
Marjorie hesitated, yet chose to fake a misunderstanding. “Who?”
“Your sister. A band of MacDonalds will capture you two soon, at your chieftain’s order.”
“Liar!” Fergus shook a fist at him.
“You need proof? You shall have it.” Alexander sheathed his sword onto his shoulder baldric, dismounted, and fished from his sporran a folded piece of paper.
“What manner of trickery is this?” Fergus growled.
“You are right to call it trickery, but we are not doing the tricking. I shall let you read this, but not touch it. You will not destroy the evidence of Daegan Fraser’s deception.”
Fergus hunched his shoulders. “I can’t read well.”
“I can.” Marjorie quivered under the weight of several inquisitive gazes, Mackenzies and Frasers alike.
“A feat for a blacksmith’s ward.” Alexander approached the cart and stretched out a hand. “Fine. But your gaze shall be the sole thing touching this letter. Come down.”
Nell squirmed, her blue eyes huge in her small face. “Go alone?”
Alexander frowned. “Who is this? And you still have not told me where Nell is.”
Marjorie inhaled and braced herself for the mocking looks they received whenever her sibling encountered strangers. “’Tis my sister, Nell.”
Alexander’s two-tone green gaze widened, but no disdain marred his handsome features. Luckily, he did not press the matter either. “Take my hand and come down.”
Marjorie obeyed. Once they were levelled, he roughly twirled her around. She squealed as he trapped her between his body and the cart. She wanted to protest the intimate position. But when he placed his arms on both sides of her, holding the missive on the floorboards to prevent her from snatching it, any objection faded on her lips.
Blood stained the parchment.

I’m the heir to a secret family fortune, facing down brothers I hate, and trying to get back the one that got away….

“Another successful read. I just love Whitley Cox writing style, I love everything she’s wrote, real-life stories that never fail to give me the feels.”– Jayne (Amazon Review)
“When two of your favorite authors come together to write a book you know it’s going to be spectacular! That’s what you get when you read Harlow and Callum’s book. They are dynamite together!”– Mrs. Taz (Amazon Review)
“I loved this story and where it took me. There are secret passageways in the house they inherit that brings the brothers closer together. And there is the mystery of what their grandfather and father did to this town. Then there is the history between Callum and Harlow that can be devastating. Their relationship is electric and I loved the emotions that it evoked.”– Donna Smith (Goodreads Review)

I walk him to his truck, where things get awkward—at least for me. After completely screwing up our date, now I’m shoving him off. I stand here, shuffling my feet, staring at the ground. “Sorry I fu—messed up our date.” His finger catches me under my chin, and I look up straight into a pair of amused blue eyes. “You can make it up to me tomorrow night. No dogs this time though. Your sister can watch them.” I hold my hand up. “Erick, I don’t think that’s a good idea.” He shakes his head. “You have no intention of even trying to see if we’re good together, do you?” He doesn’t sound mad at all. If it’s possible, he looks even more amused. I narrow my eyes at him. He’s not taking me seriously at all. “I don’t have time for a relationship right now. I have a business to build up, a sister whose life is imploding, and a nephew to spoil. There’s no room in there for an overbearing alpha male. So no matter how hard you try, you won’t make me budge.” A wide grin forms across his face. “Challenge accepted.” Oh, crap. Before I can get another word out, he pulls me into him tight. His hands cup my head, fingers tangle in my hair, and his mouth comes down on mine. I gasp in surprise, and he immediately takes advantage. He slides his tongue in and it brushes against mine, lightly at first. I freeze, but then my hand automatically curls into his shirt. That’s when he goes in for the kill. It’s not a rough, overwhelming kiss. Instead, he sips at my mouth like he’s savoring it. It’s soft and seductive. Very seductive. My eyes close, my head tilts for a better angle and I melt into him as desire pools in my belly. This is good. No, not just good, it’s better than I imagined it would be, and I knew it would be fucking amazing. With one last stroke of his tongue, he breaks it off. Leaning back, he grins. “Six o’clock, Rosalie.” He turns and hops into his truck. With a wink, he starts it and I step back. He reverses and then is gone, leaving me standing here speechless. As I watch his taillights disappear around the bend, my hand reaches up and touches my lips, still warm and tingly from that kiss. I just had to challenge the Viking warrior. I’m going to be screwed, both figuratively and literally. And after that kiss, I’m not sure I care.Buy Now or Read for FREE with KindleUnlimited!
