So she makes up this fictitious fiancee who is rich, successful and absolutely devoted to Jenny and her son.  

Owen’s heart was broken when Jenny broke up with him. But when she comes back needing assistance for a night, to pretend to be a fiancee, all bets are off. Owen’s changed since Jenny dated him and he’s not going to fall into old habits.  

This was a sweet book with Jenny being so realistic and similar to myself, I could imagine myself in the story. Jenny (and I) speaks before she thinks and that mouth gets her in trouble. And who doesn’t have that every so often??

This story, this series is everything! You MUST read Side A first. Side B picks up right after Side A and it will make no sense unless you read it. Plus you meet the BAD boys and Mel and Belle (which I just realized rhyme) and just immediately get sucked in!

I told myself I was going to bed early last night. Yeah I shouldn’t have started reading this book then because I HAD to finish as soon as I started. This was a book that I was reading at work and then I got 73% in and I didn’t want to finish because I didn’t want the book to end. That’s the mark of a good book; you want to read it as fast as you can but at the same time you want to make it last because you don’t want it to end.

And just 1 phrase to wrap up the book: that cliffhanger though!! I can’t wait for the EP!

 Adam was a force of nature when he was out there on the field.
There was something almost animalistic in the way he reared his arm back,
calculated the risks, and some how managed to fire off a perfect shot toward
the receiver—more often than not, Prescott—every single time. Every time his
passes were caught, I waited for him to show some sign of his usual cockiness
or even excitement, but he just nodded, slapped his hands together, and did it
again. He was so grave, so focused, and it was clear he took his duties as
quarterback very seriously.
Whereas Prescott danced. Literally. I’d laughed along with the rest of the
crowd as he’d done his thing, but Beast had been too busy talking to his coach
as the defensive lineup trailed onto the field to see it. That’s how the whole
game had gone.
Beast doing his thing, Prescott doing his, and Ella and the Royals all cheering
them along with flips, bounces, and pyramids.
 They cheered now, something about the Royals being undefeatable, and the W.W.H.

This is definitely a book for YA lovers and lovers of Gossip Girl and Once Upon A Time. Now I’m not a huge GG fan but I have watched it. And I like my drama in books or on TV rather than in life so this worked perfectly. In reading this, you really get sucked in to the story and cliques of H.E.A.

Belle is a “peasant” who captures the eye of a “royal” but royals don’t associate with peasants. But Beast was into Belle and he wasn’t going to let petty class keep him from being with someone he likes. Belle can’t believe Beast is into her. He can have ANYONE but he wants to spend time with her.

This was a drama-filled trip back to high school. All I can say is thank goodness that I didn’t go to HEA, I’d never survive these people and drama!
